The Tipsy Boot is a dry-hire bar — the industry term for a simple setup: you provide the alcohol, and we handle the bartenders, the styled bar, and everything else that makes the pour happen. Here's the why:

Your quote covers professional bartenders, bar setup, mixers, ice, glassware and garnishes — everything but the liquor itself.
- It's North Carolina law
NC ABC rules don't allow mobile businesses to carry a liquor license, so payment for alcohol has to stay separate from us.
